Curug Cipendok

Sesuai dengan namanya Banyumas, Banyu yang berarti air dan Mas yang merupakan lambang kemakmuran. Maka tak heran apabila air di banyumas akan melimpah. Curug Cipendok merupakan satu diantara curug atau air terjun yang ada di Banyumas yang mempunyai ketinggian sekitar 92 meter yang didukung dengan keindahan alam sekitar berua hutan lindung serta menara pandang yang dapat melihat pemandangan kota Purwokerto apabila cuaca sedang cerah.

Curug Cipendok ini terletak 25 kilometer dari arah barat kota Purwokerto atau tepatnya berada di kecamatan Cilongok. Wisatawan yang ingin berekreasi dapat menggunakan kendaraan pribadi atau kendaraan umum dari sub terminal microbus – Losari. Wisatawanpun bisa membeli oleh – oleh makanan khas tahu Kalisari sambil melihat proses produksinya, cimplung klapa muda dan singkong yang direbus dengan air nira serta home industri gula kelapa atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan gula jawa.

Curug Cipendok
In accordance with the name Banyumas, Banyu means water and Mas is a symbol of prosperity, so it is not surprising if the water in Banyumas is abundant. Curug Cipendok is one of the waterfalls in Banyumas which has a height of about 92 meters supported by the natural beauty around the protected forest and a viewing tower to see the view of the city of Purwokerto especially in sunny weather.
Cipendok waterfall is located 25 kilometers from the west of the city of Purwokerto or precisely in Cilongok sub-district. Tourists who want to have recreation can use private vehicles or public transportation from the microbus sub terminal - Losari. Tourists can also buy typical Kalisari tofu food while seeing the production process. Another dish they can find is cimplung, young coconut and cassava boiled with sap water. There is also coconut sugar home industry.

チペンドック滝

バニュマスという市の名前が、「水」を意味する「バニュ」や「繁栄の象徴」を意味する「マス」という二つの言葉かれ成立しました。その理由で、バニュマス市内においては水が豊富であることは不思議ではありません。チペンドック滝は、バニュマスにおける滝の一つで、標高約92メートルの高さで、周りの見事な美しさを持っている保護森もあり、天気が良いときには展望台からプルウォクルト市内の全てを眺めることも可能です。
チペンドック滝は、プルウォクルト市内から約25キロ、西の方へ行き、チロンゴック地区にあります。観光客は車またはロサリのマイクロバスサブターミナルから公衆交通機関という二つの方法によって通うことができます。本観光名所には観光客が名物のカリサリ豆腐、キャッサバやココナツのチンプルンを購入できるのではなく、その生産過程を見物することも可能です。それで、ホームインダストリーである「グラジャワ」という家庭用ココナッツ砂糖の生産過程の見物なども楽しめます。
